PROJECT NEXT LEVEL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 13/11/2025

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Project Next Level programme (“PNL”, “the programme”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing and accessing the digital content, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Programme

Project Next Level is a digital business-improvement programme designed for independent clothing alterations and repairs shops in the UK. It includes downloadable playbooks, templates, graphics, guides, and (depending on your chosen tier) various forms of support and guidance.

2. Digital Content & Cancellation Policy (Legal Requirement)

Because Project Next Level includes immediate access to digital content, UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) requires us to obtain your express consent before delivering the materials.

By ticking the consent box at checkout, you:

  • Give your express consent to receive the digital content immediately; and

  • Acknowledge that this waives your 14-day statutory right to cancel.

Once access is granted, your purchase becomes final.

This protects the exclusivity of your area and prevents unauthorised duplication of materials.

3. No Refund Policy (Commercial Policy)

All sales of Project Next Level are final.

Due to the nature of the digital content and the immediate access to proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with the content

  • Non-use or inability to implement the strategies

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Unexpected business circumstances

However, you remain fully supported through the guarantees set out below.

4. Guarantees Explained

4.1 DIY Tier – Commitment Guarantee

If within your first 30 days you feel unsure, stuck, or not seeing traction, you may contact us for personalised guidance. We will review where you are and help point you toward the most relevant strategies for your shop.

This is not a money-back guarantee. It is a support-based commitment to help you move forward.

4.2 Done-With-You & Accelerator Tiers – Shared Success Guarantee

If you do the work, follow the system, and are not seeing measurable improvements, we will continue to support and guide you until you do. Support is delivered through the methods agreed for your tier (email, calls, video sessions, etc.).

5. Territorial Exclusivity

Project Next Level is sold on a protected area basis.

By purchasing the programme, you receive exclusivity for the postcode or agreed area confirmed at checkout or during onboarding.

You understand that:

  • Exclusivity applies only to the area agreed.

  • We will not sell PNL to another owner within that area.

  • You may not claim exclusivity beyond the area assigned.

  • Requests to change area after purchase cannot be guaranteed.

This ensures fairness and protects your competitive advantage.

6. Intellectual Property & Licence of Use

All content within Project Next Level — including but not limited to:

  • Playbooks

  • Templates

  • Graphics

  • Social media assets

  • Guides

  • Branding elements

  • Training resources

  • Written or video materials

is the intellectual property of Project Next Level / Alterology.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for your own business.

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Share, distribute, sell, or gift the materials

  • Rebrand, repackage, or repurpose them as your own

  • Use them to create competing products, courses, or services

  • Provide access to staff, contractors, or third parties outside your business

  • Publish the materials online or offline without permission

Any breach of this clause may result in access being revoked without refund and legal remedies being pursued if required.

7. Access to Content

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Access to downloadable content is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • You may download and store the materials for future use within your business.

  • We may update, improve or amend content from time to time.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary devices/software to view the materials.

If access is provided online (e.g., via cloud storage), you understand that:

  • Internet access is required

  • Access methods may change as systems evolve

  • Minimum access duration is 12 months, but our intention is to offer ongoing access where commercially viable

8. Support & Fair Use

Support levels vary by tier.

You agree to:

  • Use support responsibly

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Follow instructions or guidance to the best of your ability

  • Not misuse or overuse support channels beyond reasonable expectations

We reserve the right to withdraw support — without refund — if behaviour becomes abusive, threatening, or in breach of reasonable professional standards.

9. Your Responsibility & Limitations of Liability

Project Next Level provides strategic guidance, industry-specific insights, and proven systems. However, you acknowledge that:

  • We cannot guarantee exact revenue, profit, or operational outcomes.

  • Results depend on implementation, local competition, market demand, staffing, pricing, and your own business decisions.

  • Any financial examples are illustrative, not guaranteed.

  • Advice provided is not legal, financial, or tax advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Loss of profit, goodwill, or reputation

  • Consequential or indirect losses

  • Operational issues within your business

  • Delays in your ability to implement the programme

Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the programme.

10. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at checkout.

  • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

  • We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

  • VAT, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Managing your protected area

  • Communicating updates or improvements related to PNL

We will never sell or share your data with third parties unrelated to the delivery of Project Next Level.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal obligations).

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the programme, legal requirements, or business operations.
The version in place at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to you.
